Structural Engineers Steelconstruction (m/f/d)
Your working tasks
- Design, calculation, and construction of steel structures, including verifiable documentation of calculations and results.
- Creation of calculation-related sketches and overview plans by hand and with CAD support.
- Communication with all project stakeholders, such as clients, architects, project managers, and constructors.
- Attendance of construction site and on-site meetings for discussions and information gathering.
Your profile
- Enthusiasm, a thirst for knowledge, and motivation for our profession are already half the battle.
- Good knowledge of the Eurocode standards and a solid fundamental technical understanding are very helpful.
- In addition to good German language skills, it is essential that you have a command of English and/or Croatian in both written and spoken form.
- A successfully completed degree in civil engineering with a diploma or master's qualification is a prerequisite.
- Additionally, familiarity with calculation software such as DLUBAL RFEM 5 & 6, RSTAB 8 & 9, IDEA StatiCa, Harzer Statik, Conpatec DaWa, FRILO, and design software such as BricsCad and Tekla Structures would be advantageous.

Technical draftsman Steelconstruction (m/f/d)
Your working tasks
- Creating overview and workshop plans in the field of steel construction.
- Preparing technical drawings to accompany calculations and smaller formwork plans.
- Developing templates for title blocks, note blocks, item and material lists.
- Assisting with structural calculations by performing partial calculations and potentially more, depending on experience in close collaboration with responsible engineers.
- Creating calculation templates in Microsoft Excel.
Your profil
- Your are motivated, enjoy your work and have a good technical understanding.
- In addition to German, you have a good command of English in both spoken and written.
- You have completed a technical degree or training as a technical system planner for steel and metal construction technology / state-certified construction technician / construction draftsman of certified metal construction designer.
- Ideally you have experience with the software Tekla Structures by Trimble Solutions and/or the BricsCAD software.
- You are proficient in using MS Office.

Part-time Office Administrator (m/f/d)
Your working tasks
- Office Organization and Administration: Responsible for general administrative tasks, including the planning, organization, supervision, and optimization of office procedures and processes.
- Commercial Tasks: Support in accounting, including preparing invoices, processing payments, handling customer reminders, and assisting in payroll preparation in collaboration with the tax advisor.
- Personnel Administration: Assist with administrative tasks in the HR department, such as time tracking, vacation planning, and addressing labor law inquiries. Support recruitment processes by creating job postings and handling contractual matters. Provide assistance with onboarding new employees.
- Communication Interface: First point of contact for customer inquiries by phone and email, coordinating appointments, and supporting customer management. Assist with internal communication and coordination among employees.
- Support for Management: Work closely with management on strategic and organizational tasks, including planning and prioritizing shared to-dos. Coordinate weekly schedules as well as the arrangement and management of appointments.
Your profil
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, ideally as an office administrator.
- Professional experience in office management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Independent, structured work approach with high self-initiative and flexibility.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 (particularly Word, Excel, Outlook), PDF-XChange Editor, and ChatGPT, with the willingness to learn additional administrative tools like PROJEKT PRO.
- Strong communication skills (both spoken and written) and enjoyment in interacting with people. Native-level German proficiency and good English skills (spoken and written) are required.
- Reliability, discretion, and excellent organizational skills.
This is what you can expect
- Workplace: A bright, modern workspace in the centrally located Tübinger Carree in Stuttgart Mitte, easily accessible by public transportation, with views over Stuttgart extending to the TV Tower. You will work in a shared office with two other companies. Across the office, we are a total of 30 people. Our shared kitchen provides coffee, drinks, and fruit at all times.
